Love and Loyalty Home Care is currently seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide support for a 14-year-old male client with autism in the New Kent/Quinton area.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing supervision and ensuring client safety
• Assisting with daily routines and activities
• Offering guidance, redirection, and behavioral support
• Encouraging positive engagement and social interaction
• Maintaining a supportive and patient environment
Schedule Needs:
• Current shifts: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Summer shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Some weekend availability required
• Experience working with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide consistent supervision and support Location: New Kent/Quinton, VA (accessible from the Richmond area)
