Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
Huntersville, NC
Starting Pay: $17.64/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Graham Personell is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. If you have forklift experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in maintaining an organized and safe workplace, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
Organize warehouse stock and maintain material locations.
Prepare shipments and stage orders for delivery.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
Active forklift certification/license required.
Experience loading and unloading trucks.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the day.
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment for extended periods.
Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
