Regional Sales Representative Independent Commissioned

Job Description The Business Partner is a pivotal future‑forward role for Phantom, focused on developing and executing sales and marketing strategies across all product lines including motorized, door & window screens, awnings & umbrellas, and patio covers within the Bellevue / Redmond areas. This role supports growth through new business development, lead generation oversight, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Key Account ownership and interaction, ensuring needs are equally represented and aligned Develop new relationships and programs with targeted strategic accounts Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to meet regional revenue targets. Develop and manage revenue goals and Business Plans for strategic accounts. Lead general distribution activities, including inventory management, retail customer experience management, scheduling, installations, and administrative processes. Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations across all functional areas including product technical expertise. Communicate regularly with Phantom leadership regarding market trends obtained through ongoing feedback, customer interactions and from monitoring competitor activities. Adhere to Phantom’s distributor service standards to set an example of excellence to other distributorships. Attend events, trade shows and trade association meetings to facilitate networking opportunities. Be a Phantom brand ambassador with strong community connections and encourage contribution opportunities between the company and communities we engage with. Proven ability to create and execute sales plans that achieve measurable results. Strong understanding of lead generation, sales pipeline management, and customer relationship development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally. Proficiency in sales tracking tools and CRM systems. Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day operations and business administration effectively. Organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Customer obsessed focus with ability to balance interests of both customer and Phantom effectively A positive and professional disposition with the ability to organize, be methodical and maintain composure under pressure; is able to accomplish multiple and changing priorities by appropriately structuring workflow.
