We are very centrally located!We truly pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where excellence thrives.Job Description:Develop and maintain the nursing programs and activities Develop, maintain, and periodically update written nursing policies, procedures, manuals, objectives, and philosophiesAssist in developing and implementing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services Implement plans of action to correct deficienciesComplete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc.Develop, implement, and maintain a quality assurance programAssist in planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures and plansDevelop and implement a nursing services organization structureParticipate in surveys and inspections by government agenciesCreate, submit reports and recommendations to the Administrator concerning operations of the departmentBenefits:Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefitsEmployer-matching 401k retirement programUp to 16 days' paid time off per yearCompany paid Life InsuranceRequirements:Minimum associate degree.
