RN Unit ManagerThe Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Unit Manager to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of a subacute nursing unit. The RN Unit Manager will provide strong leadership to the nursing team, coordinate resident care, and help ensure a safe, efficient, and therapeutic environment for our residents.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the clinical and administrative management of the nursing unitSupervise nursing staff and ensure quality resident careEnsure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and proceduresOversee resident admissions, transfers, and dischargesEnsure accurate and timely clinical documentationMonitor resident progress and coordinate appropriate interventionsPromote effective communication among nursing staff and interdisciplinary teamsEnsure compliance with all applicable New York State and federal regulationsSupport staff development, teamwork, and efficient unit operationsUtilize SigmaCare and other computer systems for clinical documentation and resident managementRequirementsCurrent New York State RN licenseMinimum 1 year of nursing home experience required1–2 years of nursing experience preferredExperience in subacute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term careSupervisory or nursing management experience preferredStrong leadership and decision-making skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and effectively problem-solveAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skillsExperience with SigmaCare preferredBenefitsComprehensive Medical & Dental CoverageGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Recognition ProgramSupportive, team-oriented work environmentCompany perks and employee discountsIf you are an experienced RN looking to take the next step in your nursing leadership career, we would love to hear from you!
