Job Overview:

Pay Range: $13.11hr - $18.11hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• No prior experience required – training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work at a consistent pace in a high-volume environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare finished parts for shipment by placing protective caps on threaded components.
• Bag parts to prevent contamination or damage.
• Apply nets, caps, and layering materials for safe transportation.
• Ensure all products are protected from scratches, dents, or other damage prior to shipping.
• Maintain a steady workflow with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Meet production expectations of approximately 360 – 500 pieces per hour.
• Inspect parts visually during handling to ensure basic quality standards are met.
• Follow all packaging instructions and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with shipping and production teams to ensure timely order completion.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production environments.
• Experience working in high-speed, volume-based roles.
• Familiarity with basic quality awareness or product handling.
