We're looking for a detail-oriented, systems-savvy Marketing Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of key marketing processes that drive internal alignment and cross-functional efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, this role is responsible for managing and evolving critical tools, workflows, and calendars—including our project management and gifting platforms—while leading the end-to-end campaign debriefing process. By combining weekly business reporting with customer insights and behavioral data, this role will assist in identifying key learnings and communicate performance to help inform future marketing strategies. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner closely with teams across Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, IT, and Creative to ensure systems are maintained, gifting needs are executed accurately, and campaign insights are translated into actionable improvements for the business.

Responsibilities

• Project Management Operations
• Manage our project management system to ensure clear visibility into dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and team capacity.
• Maintain the Marketing Milestone Calendar, ensuring timelines, ownership, and key information remain current and actionable for executing teams.
• Maintain the Marketing workflow for Promotions; including setting up milestones, timelines, and request forms based on our Commercial Management Calendar.
• Evolve Wrike's reporting capabilities to provide greater visibility into team bandwidth, milestone management, and resourcing.
• Gifting Operations
• Manually manage product gifting systems to ensure inventory availability for requests from Marketing, Philanthropy, HR, and Executive teams.
• Own day-to-day administration of the gifting platform, including product uploads, inventory transfers, order approvals, and VIP order management.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation to track product buy timelines and inventory transfers; drive process improvements through clear and consistent communication.
• Marketing Debriefing
• Own the end-to-end campaign and seasonal debriefing process by compiling performance data and customer insights, facilitating cross-functional discussions, and ensuring learnings are documented, shared, and applied to future work.
• Complete and distribute weekly business reporting through Qlik, identifying campaign and channel performance trends, key takeaways, and areas requiring further evaluation.
• Use Amperity to analyze customer behaviors, audience trends, and purchasing patterns that strengthen debriefs and inform future marketing strategies.
• Leverage AI and other appropriate tools to synthesize findings, maintain a centralized record of learnings, and make insights more accessible and actionable across the organization
