RN Step DownJob Title: RN Step Down Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Extensive experience with surgical patient population and telemetry Description: The patient population includes postoperative care for open-heart surgeries, heart transplants, LVADs, leg bypasses, rib resections, and pneumonectomies. Candidates must possess strong telemetry skills. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of cardiothoracic care.
