Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled Recruiting Leader

As a Recruiting Leader, you'll play a vital role interviewing and selecting talent for our locations in Wilson, NC. Working along side the team will allow you the opportunity to build relationships and assist with policy and procedure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements recruitment strategies, collaborating with leadership to create job descriptions and identify recruiting methods.
• Manages the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling and overseeing interviews, and evaluating candidates’ skills.
• Engages in year-round recruiting efforts, attending events and promoting the workplace while maintaining candidate relationships.
• Monitors HR practices, provides recruitment reports, and continuously seeks learning opportunities to improve recruitment processes.
• Performs additional duties as assigned, ensuring all project notes are maintained for continuity.
