What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Assess patient condition and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Use EPIC documentation system effectively
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
• Maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations
• Demonstrate professional communication and teamwork

What You Need Required:

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency with EPIC and other clinical software
• Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Certification in clinical specialty area
