Mister Sparky is expanding, and we are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Electrical Sales Specialist (Safety Advisor) to join our growing team. If you excel at building rapport with homeowners, educating clients on electrical safety, and closing high-ticket residential solutions, this is the opportunity for you.

No cold calling required You'll be meeting with warm leads-homeowners who need options, panel upgrades, generator installs, or major rewires-backed by our trusted, nationally recognized brand.

Compensation & Uncapped Earning Potential

• Expected Year 1 Range: $80,000 - $120,000
• 10% Gross Payout Structure: Direct commission on all closed sales.
• Proven Network Benchmarks: Across the national Mister Sparky network, dozens of Safety Advisors consistently generate $1,000,000+ in annual sales ($100k+ payout) , with top performers exceeding $2,000,000+ ($200k+ payout) .

What You'll Be Doing:

• In-Home Consultations: Conduct thorough electrical safety evaluations and present clear, multi-option solutions to homeowners.
• Closing High-Value Projects: Sell panel upgrades, whole-home rewires, EV chargers, generator systems, and service enhancements.
• Leverage Tech: Use ServiceTitan on an iPad to quickly build professional, visual estimate options and process orders on the spot.
• Collaborate with Techs: Partner with our service electricians on turnover calls to convert diagnostic visits into system upgrades.
• Customer Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships and follow up on pending proposals to maximize conversion rates.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of successful in-home sales experience (residential trades, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or electrical preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of residential electrical systems (you don't need to be a licensed electrician, but you must understand the trade).
• ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus (or high adaptability to modern iPad software).
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket residential projects.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent presentation skills, clean appearance, and strong self-motivation.

JOB SUMMARY

This position performs and coordinates the installation and service of electrical products and services in a residential and light commercial setting.

JOB DUTIES

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and services
• Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, can troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs
• Works with and understands blueprints, electrical schematics and job specifications as it applies to your craft
• Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects
• Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide, accurately present repair or installation options, and complete safety inspections

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of residential electrician experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide accurate solutions
• Must have local and state licenses as needed
