Commissioning Engineer

Manages the commissioning process on various in-house small to medium sized projects Performs Commissioning design reviews, submittal reviews and closeout document reviews Creates pre-functioning and functional checklists and commissioning plans Conducts Commissioning meetings and managing the commissioning process for assigned projects Performs field observations and functional testing Documents and tracks test results on issue resolution logs Creates commissioning deliverables such as final commissioning reports Assists in the review and development of staff training and continuing education opportunities Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Project Manager of Commissioning Required Experience: Eight (8) years full time paid professional experience in commissioning Working knowledge of building code, CHPS, and commissioning requirements Extensive knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems Education: Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, architecture or construction management Preferred Qualifications: Experience in design or construction management with a focus on mechanical systems Engineer-In-Training Certification or valid CA Professional Engineering License Industry- recognized energy management certification Details Location: Los Angeles, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $136000 - $147000 /per year Skill Level: Mid-Senior Level Apply Share This Job #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacificaservices
