Your Responsibilities as Lead Appliance Technician As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key component in providing excellent customer service to our customers and our team of Appliance Repair Technicians. Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments. Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances. Serve as a resource and technical support for the team. Effectively communicate with the office. To Succeed in this Role as Lead Appliance Repair Technician, Here’s What You Need: Exceptional Customer Service : In this role, you are the face of the company. You deliver a great customer experience, showing empathy toward the customer and accurately diagnosing and solving their problem. Getting from Diagnosis to Solution : You explain what’s wrong and help the customer understand what needs to be done to resolve issues quickly. Quality of Work : This role requires critical thinking skills and problem‑solving ability to ensure customers are satisfied and jobs are fixed correctly the first time. Efficiency : Respond to all customer needs for the day efficiently, managing time and repair speed. Punctuality and Reliability : Be available and show up on time to meet customer expectations. Pride in the Details : Keep your vehicle clean and organized and pay attention to detail in completing customer information and reports. Thirst for Knowledge : Stay current with new appliances and equipment, pursuing training opportunities. Desire to Share Knowledge and Skill : Enjoy teaching other technicians the skills above. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Previous experience of four years or more in appliance repair is a plus! Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $35.00+ per hour, depending on your experience in appliance repair. You also have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
