What you'll be doing Delivering dynamic, high-energy trainings, on-site in medical and dental practices, that drive real, visible results Leading in-office sessions that keep teams engaged, energized, and accountable Thinking on your feet, handling objections, and adapting in real time Building trust fast with everyone from front-desk team members to the doctors who own the practice Helping practice owners identify their next steps to grow their business Owning the full experience, from pre-training prep to post-training follow-up What it takes to win in this role Confidence and excellent presentation skills in front of a group- this is mandatory The ability to connect, influence, and inspire action A problem-solving mindset and the ability to pivot quickly Selling the next step to the owner/doctor at your training day A high level of personal accountability and follow-through A genuine love of travel and new environments A desire to not just meet goals & quotas … but blow past them What you'll get Base salary + performance-based incentives, dental, medical, 401K- your energy and results are rewarded Paid travel across the country as a core part of the job, not a rare perk- plus you keep the travel perks A career with genuine momentum- grow fast, take on more, and build something big early #J-18808-Ljbffr
