Cheeky's is a neighborhood seafood restaurant and oyster bar in St. Petersburg's Grand Central District. It offers classic American dishes, fresh seafood, and a range of drinks including small‑production wines, local beers, and low‑alcohol options. We provide a warm and inviting dining experience for guests, with a focus on high quality food, service, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and service. Demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answering questions and making suggestions. Relay orders accurately to kitchen and beverage services using the POS system. Communicate with other staff and management regarding guest needs and team requirements. Complete all side work as assigned. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Core Qualifications Some service and hospitality experience. Food handler's certification. Excellent customer service and people skills. Good working knowledge of beverages and willingness to learn. Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively. Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping required to serve guests and perform side work. Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds regularly. Ability to move quickly and efficiently between dining and kitchen areas. Manual dexterity required for handling small items and operating POS systems.
