Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant to help drive data-driven customer experience initiatives by implementing, optimizing, and leveraging Adobe Customer Journey Analytics within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in customer journey analysis, digital analytics, data visualization, and cross-channel customer behavior insights to enable informed business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solutions across web, mobile, and offline customer touchpoints.
- Configure and maintain data views, schemas, connections, calculated metrics, and dimensions within Adobe CJA.
- Integrate data from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable customer journey insights.
- Analyze customer behavior across channels and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer experience.
- Partner with business stakeholders, marketing teams, product owners, and data engineering teams to define analytics requirements.
- Establish KPIs, attribution models, audience segmentation, and customer journey measurement frameworks.
- Validate data quality, troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, and ensure governance standards are maintained.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Support personalization, audience activation, and optimization initiatives leveraging Adobe Experience Platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Marketing, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Customer Analytics .
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch (Tags), and Adobe Experience Platform datasets.
- Strong experience with customer journey mapping and cross-channel analytics.
- Advanced reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Experience working with large-scale customer and behavioral datasets.
