SEC Technical Accountant

$80,000-$100,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Greater Phoenix, AZ (hybrid schedule 2 days in office every 2 weeks)

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy in disclosures.
• Coordinate financial reporting for broker-dealer subsidiaries, including footnotes and schedules.
• Develop monthly cash flow statements and maintain supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Research technical accounting issues and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting or related field required
• Public Accounting or Public Company experience experience preferred
• CPA preferred
