Retail Sales Associate
We’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join a team that believes in service, solutions, and success. If you're someone who enjoys working closely with customers, sales, wireless technology, solving problems, and building trust, this role offers the perfect blend of relationship-building and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for new wireless technology customer accounts
Understand customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions
Provide updates, support, and follow-through to ensure satisfaction
Track performance metrics and contribute to team success
What You Bring:
Great communication and organizational skills
A customer-first mindset with the ability to multitask
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in customer service, account management, or sales is a plus, but not required
