You will work in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, an onsite facility equipped with the latest technology and resources to support advanced therapeutic practices. The center operates Monday through Friday, offering a structured 40-hour work week that enhances work-life balance for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Stryker Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by their physicians to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Implementing individualized treatment programs that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to optimize patient recovery.
• Providing clear education and consultation to patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols and exercises to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress and treatment modifications as necessary.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure consistent quality in care and maximize positive patient outcomes.
• Meeting established utilization goals and contributing to overall practice efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintaining accurate patient documentation and engaging in continuous education to stay current with industry trends and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse mix of patients, including those with orthopedic conditions, pediatric needs, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries. This variety enables you to apply your skills across different therapeutic settings and specialties, enriching your professional experience and ability to make a difference in the lives of various patient populations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the State of Florida.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in managing varied patient cases, and a strong commitment to professional development and patient advocacy.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, Stryker Physical Therapy offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
