As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) at SYNERGY HomeCare of Mt. Laurel, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support services to clients in their homes. This includes:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Assisting with transfers and mobility exercises
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and Valid Driver's License
