• Daily material deliveries and pick up from list of deliveries from Warehouse Manager. Utilize the Zoho app for tracking the daily tasks.
• Coordinate delivery schedules to eliminate cross town deliveries.
• Maintain records for tools and accessories that have been delivered to each superintendent. Record returned items as well.
• Maintain daily supply receiving log.
• Maintain list of equipment and supplies on hand in the tool cage.
• Maintain equipment, warehouse, and tool cage.
• Must have some mechanical experience to maintain side by side jobsite vehicles i.e., oil changes, change tires and other light maintenance.
• Keep constant communication with superintendents and Warehouse Manager throughout the workday and end of the day.
• Report job site findings and progress summary information to Superintendent and Project Manager.
• When at jobsite inspect trailer AC filters, first aid kits, sign, install cameras when setting up trailer.
• Additional duties as required, disinfect upstairs and downstairs, take out trash and cardboard, stock paper for copy machines, stock kitchen and bar area with supplies as needed.
• Put away all office supply orders and distribute supplies.
• May be scheduled to work in the field on a jobsite on an as needed basis.
• Heaving lifting is required for lifting desks, signs, chairs, equipment, etc. – 50+ lbs.
