Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) – Westfield Topanga Provide inspirational retail experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment, delivering genuine excitement for LEGO® fans of all ages. This part‑time position requires energetic, enthusiastic individuals who can engage guests, maintain a welcoming store, and support daily operations. Responsibilities Deliver a signature experience for every guest by greeting, processing transactions, and portraying a professional, gracious, and engaging manner (80%). Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store by performing daily cleaning duties and upholding LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%). Safely and efficiently manage store stockroom operations, assist with receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, comply with safety regulations, and inform management of potential shortages (10%). Qualifications & Requirements Effective communication with team members and guests. Proficiency in operating the register system. Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Right of first access to all store areas: sales floor, stockrooms, register area, and loading dock. Physical capacity: constant movement, standing, reaching, lifting up to 30 lbs., and occasional stooping or climbing ladders. Availability for up to 20 hours per week (not a guaranteed schedule but a requirement for application).
