We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our staffing team and help expand our business throughout the Inland Empire markets. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience , a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow new business relationships with companies throughout the Inland Empire area.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new staffing opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Build strong partnerships with clients by understanding their workforce needs and providing effective staffing solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing new accounts.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
• Represent our company professionally and positively within the business community.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the Staffing industry required
• Proven B2B sales experience preferred (staffing industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales success.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and excellence.
• Ability to develop new business and exceed sales goals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
