Tasks Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values, focusing on highlighting our unique landscaping projects and team culture. Create engaging content across various platforms, showcasing our beautiful landscape designs and sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of our creative process. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media, ensuring a positive interaction with our brand and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service. Analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, while keeping up-to-date with industry trends to maximize our online presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, leveraging social media to drive engagement and attract potential clients. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the landscaping or design industry. Strong creative skills with a knack for engaging storytelling and visual content creation. Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
