About this Role: We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Marketing Team in Dallas (Victory Park) as a Marketing Coordinator . In this role, you will lead the strategy, coordination, writing, and production of high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materials that position the firm to win new work. You will collaborate closely with Practice Area Leaders, Principals, and fellow marketers to ensure all efforts are client-focused, timely, and aligned with the firm’s brand and strategic goals. Beyond pursuits, the Marketing Pursuits Coordinator will help shape the firm’s marketing culture by contributing proactively, expanding service offerings, and delivering exceptional support to internal clients. What You'll Do: Support the full life cycle of proposals (pre-positioning, RFPs, RFQs, SOQs) from opportunity review to final delivery. Collaborate with Practice Area Leaders and the Marketing Team to develop pursuit strategy, win themes, and differentiators. Create, edit, and polish proposal content including project descriptions, staff resumes, and tailored narratives. Support maintenance of the firm’s proposal library, boilerplate, resumes, and project data sheets. Track deadlines, coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, and ensure on-time submission. Partner with marketing staff on brand consistency, design standards, and digital asset management. Support improvement of proposal processes, tools, and templates for efficiency and quality. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture/Design, or related field. 2+ years of experience in proposal management or marketing within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC). Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for clarity and persuasion. Proficient in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe products. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple deadlines. Collaborative mindset with ability to work across studios and with senior leaders Strong sense of visual storytelling with the ability to understand how layout, color, typography and imagery work together to support a message.
