Staff Product Designer for AI Agents Platform

Databricks is seeking an IC design lead for Omnigent to shape how humans and fleets of agents work together. You’ll own strategy, systems thinking, craft, and cross-functional collaboration, shipping small changes in the codebase and prototyping big, ambiguous problems.
You’ll guide desktop and mobile experiences, partner with engineering and product, and transform agent capabilities into clear, trustworthy experiences.
