Job Details Certifications, Education, and Experience: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact RN licensure, BLS certification, and recent experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months. No minimum years of experience required. Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Responsibilities: Assess patients physical, psychological, and social needs; develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate and delegate nursing care activities; evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly; document patient care activities accurately; participate in quality improvement initiatives and team education; provide spiritual support in collaboration with clergy when necessary; participate in research activities and clinical practice development; supervise staff and work flow if applicable.
