Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Coordinator Duration: 24 months Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95403 Duties: We are seeking a meticulous professional to join our semiconductor DieFab team in Santa Rosa, California. Our facility specializes in manufacturing integrated circuits to support both internal and external customers. As a member of the visual inspection team, you will be responsible for ensuring the final integrity of both production and development circuits. Key Responsibilities: Work independently within a team environment to achieve area goals. Undergo training tailored to your existing knowledge and ability to acquire new skills. Operate a high-powered microscope and use product-specific guidelines to assess the overall quality of chips prior to shipment. Maintain strict adherence to quality standards for both integrated circuits and diodes. Skills: Required Qualifications: Experience in integrated circuit fabrication processing, including but not limited to sorting or visual inspection. Ability to focus on intricate patterns to identify small imperfections using a microscope. Experience working under a microscope for detailed inspections. Proficiency in inspection at 50x, 100x, and 600x magnifications. Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) room environment. Capability to raise concerns through a standardized chain of command. Skill in handling and processing delicate and small materials. Desired Qualities: Attention to detail.
