Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Nevada

Behavior Technician

Help clients with autism and other developmental disabilities build skills they can use every day. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you'll provide one-to-one ABA services and work with a team that supports your training and growth.

What you'll do:

• Follow individualized behavior plans during one-to-one sessions.
• Teach communication, emotional regulation, daily living, and self-care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene.
• Record accurate session data and communicate with supervisors and families.
• Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.

What you'll need:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and Nevada RBT registration for the RBT role.
• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Experience supporting people with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.

Pay and hiring requirements:

RBT: Starting at $24/hour for candidates with active RBT certification and Nevada registration.

Behavior Technician candidates who are not yet certified or registered: $19$24/hour, depending on qualifications. These candidates will be considered for an appropriate non-RBT role.

Employment is contingent on applicable pre-employment checks, which may include verification of education, work history, credentials, driving records, and state or role-specific requirements.
