About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Human Resources (m/w/d) to join our team on a temporary basis to cover parental leave. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic and operational HR functions within a dynamic organization. As an HR professional at Die BGSN Gruppe, you will be responsible for managing the entire spectrum of personnel administration, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and supporting our employees throughout their employment lifecycle. Your expertise will help foster a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and support the company’s growth objectives. The position is initially limited to two years, with the possibility of extension or transition into a permanent role based on organizational needs and individual performance. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a completed qualification as a Personnel Specialist or a comparable commercial training with relevant HR experience. Prior experience in payroll processing and personnel administration is highly desirable. You should have solid knowledge of tax and social security laws, and familiarity with employment law is a plus. A high level of reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are required to effectively collaborate with colleagues and support employee inquiries. Proficiency in MS Office applications is mandatory, and experience with HR management software is advantageous. A proactive attitude and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards are also key attributes for success in this role. Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit procedures, ensuring accurate and timely administration of personnel data. You will serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, fostering a supportive and transparent communication environment. The role involves independently preparing payroll and salary statements, managing reporting obligations, and issuing certificates in compliance with legal requirements. You will liaise with social insurance agencies, tax consultants, and health insurance providers to ensure all contributions and notifications are correctly processed. Additionally, you will handle time tracking, absence management, and support recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview coordination. Administrative tasks also encompass managing company pension schemes, supplementary insurance programs, and evaluating various HR-related financial and legal matters, such as accident insurance and company events. You will play an active role in implementing HR projects aimed at improving internal processes and employee engagement.
