Job Overview: The Strategic Account Manager - Integrated Technologies is the primary customer-facing representative for the USA and Canada region. This role is responsible for driving sales of technical solutions to the mining industry, including:- Cyanide technologies
- Innovative Glycat and other leaching technologies
- Analyzer and sensor portfolio
- AI-powered optimization technologies
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute regional account plans
- Generate new business through new account acquisition
- Monitor contract status and improve contracting processes
- Lead negotiations for new and existing contracts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for bid proposals
- Identify and manage key corporate customer relationships
- Provide demand forecasts and supply chain insights
- Deliver market intelligence via distribution and customer channels
- Develop and integrate regional sales strategies across international markets
Customer-Centric Relationship Building
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of customer needs and industry challenges.
- Builds trust and long-term partnerships through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
- Maintains strong multi-level relationships across current, past, and prospective clients.
- Effectively influences internal and external stakeholders to align with strategic goals.
- Leads complex negotiations with confidence, securing favorable outcomes for both customer and company.
- Navigates conflict constructively to maintain positive business relationships.
- Adapts quickly to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Takes ownership of opportunities and challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrates resilience and drive in high-pressure, remote, and cross-cultural environments.
Technical Sales Expertise
- Deep understanding of mining industry technologies including cyanide, Glycat, leaching, analyzers, and AI optimization.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into customer value propositions.
- Skilled in preparing and presenting technical bid proposals and solution packages.
- Proficient in managing high-value contracts (>$10 million), including negotiation, renewal, and compliance.
- Strong grasp of commercial terms, risk mitigation, and legal considerations in industrial sales.
- Experience with contract lifecycle tools and CRM systems.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience, preferably in mining or industrial chemicals
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Self-motivated with initiative and drive
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Team-oriented with ability to work remotely and independently
- Solution-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities
