Technical Project Manager - Marketing

Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Marketing to own end-to-end execution of technical marketing launches and roadmaps, translating campaign and product objectives into detailed implementation plans while managing cross-functional teams through agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Own end-to-end execution of technical marketing launches and roadmaps from intake through performance analysis
• Manage day-to-day project planning through team standups, project management tooling, and regular meetings with engineers, decision scientists, and product managers
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and visual executive-level dashboards outlining scope, timelines, and dependencies reviewed on at least a monthly cadence
• Own campaigns end-to-end, including hands-on configuration within internal tools, approval workflows, and launch coordination
• Create and update sprints with backlog, conduct sprint reviews, and facilitate retrospectives with agendas submitted for all team meetings
• Conduct QA to validate campaign setup, targeting accuracy, delivery performance, bug intake, and triage during testing and launch
• Monitor live campaigns and partner with data science teams on optimization strategies, leveraging analytics to evaluate project impact
• Develop performance summaries and actionable recommendations, driving continuous improvement by connecting analytics findings to campaign strategy

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in technical project management and marketing operations
• Hands-on expertise with Jira and Asana for project execution and tracking
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) for analytics and reporting
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics , campaign attribution, A/B testing, and conversion analytics
• Experience with marketing technology platforms and campaign management tools for hands-on configuration and tracking setup
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate with engineering, data science, and product teams
• Ability to translate campaign and product objectives into detailed technical implementation plans with clear scope and dependency management
