    • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Surgery/Clinic)

    • Call during weekdays only

  • Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient

  • EMR: MediTech

• ✅ Average 30 procedures per month

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine – Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology

• Active State License (KY or IMLC accepted)

• Certifications: BLS/ACLS

• Vaccines: Mandatory (flu)
\n
• ⏳ Credentialing: Streamlined process
