Senior Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

• Drive execution using Agile methodologies ( Scrum and Kanban ), ensuring consistent delivery and continuous improvement

• Utilize Agile metrics ( velocity , burndown charts , sprint reports ) to track progress and support team optimization

• Partner with product and engineering teams to align execution with strategic goals and quality standards

• Support QA cycles and contribute to end-of-sprint demos, with a strong emphasis on testing and product quality

• Proactively identify and remove blockers, ensuring teams have clarity and resources to succeed

• Coordinate efforts across distributed teams (including iOS , Android , full stack ) throughout the full software development lifecycle

• Maintain clear, consistent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Leverage project management tools like JIRA (or similar) to manage sprint planning and track delivery

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years in Scrum Master, Project Management, or related applications development roles

• Strong Agile expertise ( Scrum , Kanban ) with proven cross-functional team leadership

• Experience delivering consumer-facing mobile/web applications

• Proficient with Agile tools like JIRA (or quick to learn equivalents)

• Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT , Claude ) to enhance productivity and impact

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, process improvement, and outcomes

• Skilled in navigating team dynamics, resolving conflicts, and building alignment

• Comfortable owning multiple complex projects independently in fast-paced environments

• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones

• Bachelor's degree required
