Job Description As a Crew Member, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ by expertly preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing exceptional guest service. Whether it's crafting the perfect cup of coffee or serving up our delicious menu items, you’ll play a key role in keeping our guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Deliver excellent and friendly guest experiences, ensuring products are prepared according to operational and quality standards. Work as part of a team to meet guest needs and maintain a clean, fast-paced environment. Provide excellent service, resolve guest issues, and follow brand standards, recipes, and systems. Handle POS transactions with accuracy and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives. Understand and exceed guest expectations, develop and maintain guest relationships, and seek ways to improve guest satisfaction. Set and maintain high standards for self and others, contribute to overall team performance, and identify and resolve issues as they arise.
