We are currently seeking a Tech Lead - Net Full Stack to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale, high-performance, transactional web applications using Microsoft technologies.

The role involves leading a development team, driving technical excellence, collaborating with architecture and product teams, and delivering modern cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS, CI/CD, relational databases, and knowledge graph technologies .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in .NET full stack development, Angular-based front-end development, SQL Server database development, cloud deployment, DevOps practices, secure coding, and Agile delivery .

2. Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level .NET full stack applications.

• Developing scalable and secure applications using C#, .NET Core, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API .

• Building responsive front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript .

• Designing and optimizing relational databases using SQL Server .

• Developing stored procedures, views, functions, and optimized SQL queries.

• Implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with internal and external systems.

• Leading code reviews, ensuring coding standards, and mentoring development team members.

• Supporting application modernization and migration to cloud-native platforms.

• Implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or Azure DevOps .

• Working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch .

• Collaborating with architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

• Ensuring application security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Supporting Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog reviews, demos, and retrospectives.

• Troubleshooting production issues and driving root cause analysis.

• Contributing to continuous improvement, automation, and engineering best practices.

3. Mandatory Skills

3.1 .NET Full Stack Development

The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft full stack development.

Required skills include:

The candidate should have strong experience in modern front-end development and responsive web applications.

• Front-end integration with REST APIs

• Component-based UI development

• Browser compatibility and UI performance optimization

3.3 Database Development

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SQL Server and relational database development.

• Stored Procedures

• Views

• Functions

• Performance tuning and query optimization

• Database security

• Data modeling

• Transaction management

• Indexing strategies

• Data integrity and consistency

• Troubleshooting database performance issues

3.4 Cloud & DevOps

The candidate should have experience working with cloud platforms, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required skills include:

• AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch

• GitHub / Azure DevOps

• CI/CD pipeline implementation

• Source control and branching strategies

• Build and release automation

• Cloud deployment support

• Application monitoring and logging

Preferred experience includes:

• Docker

• Infrastructure automation

• Containerized application deployment

• Cloud-native application design

3.5 Knowledge Graph & Data Technologies – Nice to Have

The candidate should have experience or exposure to knowledge graph and graph database concepts.

Experience or exposure to:

• Knowledge Graph concepts
• Graph databases such as Amazon Neptune, Apache Jena, GraphDB, or equivalent
• RDF / SPARQL — preferred
• Integration of relational and graph data models
• Data modeling for connected data use cases
• Semantic data representation concepts

3.6 Software Engineering Practices

The candidate should demonstrate strong software engineering discipline and technical maturity.

Required skills include:

• Microservices architecture
• API design and development
• Secure coding practices
• Performance optimization
• Application modernization
• Unit testing
• Code reviews
• Troubleshooting and debugging
• Logging and exception handling
• Clean code practices
• Reusable component development

3.7 Agile Delivery

The candidate should have experience working in Agile Scrum delivery environments.

Required skills include:

• Agile Scrum methodology
• Sprint planning
• Backlog understanding
• Code reviews
• Continuous Integration
• Collaboration with Scrum teams
• Participation in sprint demos and retrospectives
• Delivery ownership within sprint timelines
