Schedule:
• Level 3: in-house NNP coverage 24/7 • Level 2: 24hr on-call NNP coverage, incl. well NB coverage • Neo service coverage: avg 10 days/month block coverage; team rounds at both units for NICU infants only; anticipated 8am-4pm onsite(s) then 16hr on-call from home at night (30-min response time) Benefits:

• Attend high-risk deliveries and facilitate NICU admissions;
• Manage NICU patients and NNP oversight for well newborn nursery patients;
• Lead multidisciplinary rounds in the NICU by providing active management strategies that may include nutritional adjustments, ventilator management, lab and radiology review, and updating families.
