Job Details Job Location: Richmond, VA 23223 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Category: Admin - Clerical Assistant Property Manager Support the Property Manager in delivering outstanding operations and resident service. This position requires LIHTC Experience. We create communities where residents—and our team members—can thrive Qualifications Must have LIHTC Experience Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Possession of valid Virginia Driver’s License and proof of insurance. (Errands are part of duties as assigned). Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; Payroll Systems; Project Management Software Other skills required: Customer service background desirable. Basic arithmetic skills necessary. Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary. Individual must enjoy dealing with people, have outstanding customer service skills. Weekend and/or holiday hours may be required.
