Registered Nurse - Stepdown Location: Rock Island, IL Specialty: Stepdown Position Type: Travel | Contract Length: 13 weeks | Pay: $2024 - $2439 | Shift: 3x12 Nights Overview We are seeking a dedicated Stepdown RN for a 13‑week travel assignment in Rock Island, IL. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering high‑quality care in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality care to patients in the Stepdown unit. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and efficient documentation. Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4–5 during day shift and 1:5–6 during night shift. Work every other weekend as part of your schedule. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Stepdown/Progressive Care setting. Active Illinois nursing license at the time of submission. EPIC experience required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications. Professional references within the last 24 months preferred. Driver’s License required.
