Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload, primarily orthopedic with a variety of diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
• Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a state-of-the-art clinic located within an athletic club
• Document patient progress accurately using MEDITECH charting system
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (not required at time of submittal but must obtain prior to start)
• 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred; acute inpatient experience is a plus
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to treat 12 patients per day in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in orthopedic physical therapy and manual therapy techniques
• Proficiency with MEDITECH or similar EMR systems
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
