Step into a fulfilling contract role supporting a small, close-knit school district, delivering essential psychological services to students from preschool through high school. With a flexible start date and a full school year commitment, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the district’s entire student population of approximately 1,600.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Indiana School Psychologist license (IN Psych) required
• Previous experience as a School Psychologist in educational settings preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, consultation, and collaboration with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage a district-wide caseload, providing services to diverse age groups
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and exercising independent clinical judgment
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management abilities
• Tech proficiency for participating in remote panel interviews

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, individualized interventions, and data-driven recommendations
• Facilitate the development and implementation of IEPs and educational support plans
• Serve as a resource to faculty, administrators, and parents/guardians regarding student mental health and learning needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teaching staff
• Support crisis intervention and behavioral strategies when needed
• Ensure detailed, timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Maintain compliance with all onboarding requirements and training as directed
