If you're a self-motivated sales professional with a technical mindset and a passion for helping industrial customers succeed, we'd like to meet you.What You'll DoAs an Outside Sales Representative, you will:Develop new business opportunities throughout your assigned territory.Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, distributors, and end users.Promote Orthman's complete line of bulk material handling equipment.Meet with customers to understand their applications and recommended technical solutions.Partner with Engineering, Inside Sales, and Production to develop accurate quotations, and deliver exceptional customer service.Manage your sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.Travel to visit customers, attend trade shows, and represent OCS.Industries You'll ServeYou'll work with customers in industries that will include:AgricultureAggregateMiningWastewaterRenderingIndustrial ProcessingDust CollectionManufacturingWhat We're Looking ForPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of outside sales experience in industrial equipment, bulk material handling, agriculture, or manufacturing.Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software.Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 50-75% of the time.Why Join Orthman Conveying Systems?At Orthman, you'll join a company that values integrity, teamwork, innovation, and customer service.
