This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate system entry, warehouse organization, and the ability to follow safety, ISO, and documentation procedures. Job Duties & Responsibilities Receive OEM products, parts, supplies, and repair units into the warehouse. Place received items into correct warehouse bin locations. Pick order requests accurately and support order fulfillment. Enter receiving, shipping, inventory, and order activity into ERP, warehouse, inventory, or OEM systems. Verify packing lists, received materials, products, repair units, and return authorization information. Support shipping and receiving accuracy. Maintain inventory records, product locations, and warehouse organization. Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks. Preserve and handle received, stored, and shipped inventory according to warehouse procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow safety instructions, ISO-certified quality processes, Good Documentation Practices, and company procedures. Support Operations, Receiving, Shipping, Quality, and warehouse team members as needed. Required Qualifications Receiving, shipping, inventory, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience. Experience picking orders and entering data into ERP, inventory, warehouse, or order-entry systems. Experience receiving products, parts, supplies, or repair units into bin locations. Experience verifying packing lists, received materials, products, repair units, or return authorization information. Ability to support cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and related programs. Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and communication skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment as required. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA. Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with overtime as business needs require. Pay alignment with $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Ability to follow safety requirements, ISO procedures, company policies, and Good Documentation Practices. Preferred Qualifications ISO-regulated, medical device, electronics, OEM, repair depot, or manufacturing warehouse experience. Experience handling OEM consigned inventory, repair units, technical parts, devices, or service-related materials. Experience with bin locations, packing lists, return authorizations, shipping documentation, and cycle counts. Experience using ERP, OEM portal, warehouse, or inventory tracking systems. Experience supporting warehouse, shipping, receiving, quality, and operations teams. Strong documentation habits and high accuracy in data entry. Experience working in a structured warehouse environment where accuracy, traceability, and process compliance matter. Working Conditions This is a full-time onsite warehouse and operations role based in Irvine, CA. The position requires standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, handling inventory, operating warehouse equipment as required, and working in a structured warehouse environment. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
