Key Responsibilities Field Consultations: Meet directly with potential residential and commercial clients to assess their property, take measurements, and recommend the best fencing products and solutions. Quote & Close: Prepare and deliver detailed, transparent estimates and project proposals with confidence. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure premium customer satisfaction and earn referrals. Pipeline Tracking: Manage daily sales activities, document leads, and execute timely follow-ups using HubSpot CRM. Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from contract to completion. Qualifications Drive & Ambition: Self-motivated with a strong desire to hit goals and maximize your uncapped earning potential. Excellent Communicator: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. You can build rapport quickly with anyone. Industry Experience (A Plus): Prior background in construction, roofing, home improvement, or building materials is highly valued, but we will train the right motivated individual. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using or learning CRM systems (HubSpot) and estimation software.
