This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful HVAC projects from concept to completion within a dynamic and detail‑driven design and coordination environment. Responsibilities Assigned projects by the company manager; DJM Project Managers handle several projects at a time. Review contract drawings from the estimate to confirm the scope of work. Fill out proper paperwork to get the project started. Complete product submittal request forms. Complete AIA billing forms. Maintain client contacts. Attend on‑line coordination meetings. Review drafters’ drawings before sending to client ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations. Work independently; ability to manage others is a plus. Requirements Real‑world experience in sheet metal and mechanical pipe systems. Understanding of duct fabrication, joints & connections (SMACNA and ASRAE). Excellent blueprint reading skills. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of RFI, change order, and AIA monthly billing. Software: Procore, Constructware, and/or Plangrid; good knowledge of similar software. Understanding of Bluebeam for marking up PDFs (Adobe also acceptable). Ability to post files to DJM Site and other sites (Procore, Box, OneDrive). All project managers must have or obtain certification in Autodesk Navisworks. Experience and certification is a plus; if none, DJM will train. Communication software: Outlook, Teams, and other on‑line meeting software.
