Senior Physical Therapist: Clinical Leader & Mentor
Mercy Health System
Mercyhealth is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, plan and implement treatment programs addressing diverse diagnoses. The role is full-time, days, on-site within Mercyhealth facilities in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
Licensed PT in WI (or WI/IL as required) with CPR/BLS within 90 days is expected. The position emphasizes thorough documentation, collaboration with physicians and staff, and engagement in training and improvement initiatives.
