Job Details: Job Title: Step down Registered Nurse Location: Florence, SC Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 1817.69 - 1908.57 Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: ACLS, BLS; SC license or Compact license in hand prior to start; 2 years of ICU and/or Stepdown experience Responsibilities: Provide dedicated nursing care to stepdown patients in a hospital setting. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
