Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our expanding manufacturing team. This critical role will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing complex CNC programs for our advanced 5‑axis machining centers. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Research & Development team to bring innovative aerospace components from concept to production, ensuring the highest standards of quality, precision, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Programming & Development Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using MasterCAM software for 5‑axis machining operations Develop efficient toolpaths for complex aerospace components with tight tolerances and intricate geometries Program multi‑axis simultaneous machining operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cycle times Generate and verify G‑code programs, ensuring accuracy and collision‑free operations Establish optimal cutting parameters including feeds, speeds, and tool selection for various materials including titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and exotic aerospace alloys Create and maintain comprehensive setup sheets, tool lists, and work instructions for machine operators #J-18808-Ljbffr RIMEPRO INC
