Sploot genuinely values a collaborative culture and work/life balance.What you'll do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, hourly roles, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience across multiple openings.Conduct thorough screening and interviews of potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for high-volume roles.Prepare and extend employment offers, clearly communicate compensation and benefits, and support candidate negotiations to ensure a positive, transparent hiring experience.Collaborate with operations leaders to understand specific talent requirements and recruitment goals.Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified veterinary professionals through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance, support, and information throughout the recruitment process.Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely and efficient progress.Support the planning and execution of recruitment eventsStay informed about industry trends, market insights, and best practices in veterinary recruitment to remain competitive and innovative in talent acquisition efforts.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including candidate sourcing, pipeline status, and time-to-fill, to stakeholders and management.This position is hybrid-based in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver, CO.Who you are:You are an energetic professional with at least two years of high-volume talent acquisition experienceYou're super organized and focused on efficiency, with an eye for detailYou have strong presentation and communication skillsYou are a team player and always looking to collaborate with others in the organizationWhat really catches our eye:Previous experience with veterinary recruitingExperience recruiting in a startup environmentFamiliarity with Greenhouse ATSWhat we will provide you:Competitive base pay or salary range: $65,000 - $85,000401(k) Retirement with company matchHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance fully covered by SplootHealth Savings Account availableEmployee Assistance ProgramGenerous pet care benefits for your fur babiesUp to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off ("PTO")Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave12 Sploot HQ recognized holidaysUnlimited Food & Snacks at HQDog-friendly HQTeam events and other local social activitiesLots of Sploot swag - what can we say?
