Our client in the Branchburg, NJ area is hiring for a Project Coordinator. This role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday. This role is looking for 1 yr+ of related experience. Depending on experience, the base salary range is $60,000-$70,000. Benefits are offered (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Holidays). 

Position Overview: The Project Coordinator will support a team of 4 Project Managers and play a key role in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward efficiently. This person will assist with delivery tracking, site readiness verification, administrative follow-up, and general project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Support 4 Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination Track deliveries and confirm warehouse shipments arrive at the correct job sites Verify site readiness before installations or new site projects begin Handle administrative tasks, follow-ups, and general project support Help ensure jobs stay on track and deadlines are met Assist with cross-functional coordination across internal teams, technicians, and subcontractors
